Nick has been in the IT industry for over 7 years. He has served in a variety of different roles from being an onsite field technician to running multiple projects for various companies throughout the United States. Nick helps open up the lines of communication between clients and his internal team. He specializes in effective leadership skills and believes in leading from the front. Nick's understanding of how jobs should be done in the trenches, helps add an even bigger competative edge to his role as a project manager.

Nick is also recently married to his beautiful wife Natalie. He enjoys live music, watching sports, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. He also actively plays soccer and ice hockey in his free time.

Francisco comes from California where he completed his degree in Business Administration at the California State University of Fullerton. He is a passionate explorer of the world and has visited countries like Mexico, Brazil, China, Australia, and Germany, among others. Just as passionate as his travels is his dedication for everything he decides to do, including his work, mastering copper and fiber installations with accuracy, and having the needs of the clients in mind.

He is well versed in listening and responding to customers' needs, which is key to a successful install - and a happy client. In the field, you'll find Francisco working and leading his team with a smile and ready to handle any challenge the project may bring.

Hi, I'm Matt! I like to work hard and keep a positive attitude. I have been obsessed with computers and electronics from a young age. I also have a passion for new technologies in optical fiber, and I enjoy designing ABF projects for commercial and FTTH environments. I love finding creative solutions to problems and making customers happy.

When not working, I spend my time hanging with family, playing video games, cooking, or fishing. I love to try new restaurants. Live music is one of my absolute favorite things! I also spend a lot of my time researching new technologies.
